ABOUT

Meet Pei-Shan

Before becoming a psychosocial counsellor, I spent a decade in Human Resources Management across headquarters and regional roles. I worked behind the scenes of leadership development, succession planning and international mobility.
​
That experience revealed the gap between what an organisation provides and what a person and families may need.
 
Today, I work in that gap - supporting international professionals and accompanying their families through life across cultures. I also provide trauma-informed support to help clients heal from past wounds and build self-agency in their new environments.
