Crossing borders can open the door to a new life and career. Yet our inner world travels with us. In unfamiliar surroundings, past experiences, ways of relating, family expectations, and questions of identity and belonging may come into view in unexpected ways.
Relocation does not create every struggle, but it can bring what was hidden into sharper focus. I offer a warm, culturally attuned space to understand what has surfaced, reconnect with yourself and choose what you want to carry forward.

Approaches
There is no single method that fits every person. My approach is integrative, which means I draw from different therapeutic perspectives according to your needs, goals and pace.
Internal Family Systems
Does this sound familiar to you?
One part of you wants change, while another feels afraid; one part pushes for excellence, while another feels exhausted.
An Internal Family Systems approach helps us meet these different parts with curiosity rather than judgment. Instead of asking, “What is wrong with me?”, we gently explore, “What is this part of me trying to protect?”
Emotion-Focused Approach
Sometimes, emotions can feel overwhelming, confusing or difficult to express. You may push away anger, feel caught in sadness or wonder why certain situations affect you so deeply. An emotion-focused approach helps us listen to these feelings with curiosity.
Feminist-Informed approach
Your context matters.
A feminist-informed approach recognizes that personal struggles do not develop in isolation.
Self-doubt, exhaustion, relationship tension, and workplace stress may be shaped by cultural expectations, gender roles, social pressure, and unequal power dynamics.
I support all genders by providing space to reflect how social expectations and power imbalances may have affected their lives, relationships, choices, and sense of self.
